Cal @ WSU 4th quarter gamethread: Explosive plays result in 41–52 Coug lead

James Snook-USA TODAY Sports

The third quarter was the crazy, explosive football that the game was advertised to be. Each team scored 28 points. Twenty-eight.

Big passes. Big runs. Beautifully executed onside kicks. (Two!) (back-to-back) kickoffs returned for touchdowns. And letting QB Connor Halliday set a Pac-12 single-game record. Because Cal defense. =(

But, that leaves us heading into the fourth quarter down 41–52. Can the Bears fight back for the win?
