Cal at Oregon State 2nd quarter open thread: A slow start as Cal leads 3–0

We've got a defensive battle for the 1st quarter. Whoda thunk it with the high-powered Bear Raid and a prolific and talented passer like Sean Mannion? Instead, Jared Goff's passes have been off-target and the Beavers offense opened the game with a pair of three-and-outs.

But, a field goal by James Langford has the Bears up 3–0.
