Cal Football to host Virtual Fan Fest on Saturday

The Bears are doing live interviews with an intro from the band before Pac-12 Network replays a classic

There may not be any live sports on right now, but thanks to the California Golden Bears football team, we can relive a classic and hear some exclusive interviews from staff and media members this coming Saturday!

Join us as we watch along with Cal Football’s Virtual Fan Fest ahead of the Pac-12 Network’s re-airing of the 2003 Cal vs USC game.

Set to start at 12 p.m. PT on Saturday, May 9, the virtual fan fest is set to include none other than your Cal Band kicking it off with an intro ahead of wide receivers coach Burl Toler behind-the-scenes interview.

Angus McClure, the newest member of the staff and offensive line coach who joined in January goes next before Pac-12 Network Analyst Yogi Roth joins in on the fun.

Athletic Director Jim Knowlton then is set to speak at 12:45 to wrap up the interviews. There will also be more behind-the-scenes videos featuring other members of the Cal staff as well as members of the Cal community.

The schedule goes as follows:

12:00 pm - Cal Band Intro

12:15 p.m. - Burl Toler III - Cal Football Wide Receivers Coach
12:25 p.m. - Angus McClure - Cal Football Offensive Line Coach
12:35 p.m. - Yogi Roth - Pac-12 Network Analyst
12:45 p.m. - Jim Knowlton - Athletic Director
1:30 p.m. - 2003 Cal Football vs. USC Classic Replay -
