Bears get second recruit of 2021 class

Cal Football got the second commit of the 2021 cycle in as many weeks. Angus McClure’s hiring pays off immediatey, as this time it’s a new addition to the Offensive Line, in Bastian Swinney. He hails from Edina Senior High School in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Swinney is listed at 6-foot-6, 270 pounds, and a 3-star recruit. He’s rated as the 3rd best prospect in the state of Minnesota, and the 60th best OT recruit in the country. He also held an impressive offer list that included the likes of Minnesota, Indiana, Iowa State, Michigan, Nebraska, Northwestern, Oklahoma State, TCU and West Virginia.
