Michigan Wolverines transfer Kekoa Crawford had a quiet career at Michigan, but the explosive ability was always there. The former Wolverines wideout amassed 21 catches for 290 yards in two seasons before entering the transfer portal.
Crawford only had three catches in his first game with the California Golden Bears, but he made them count, with two of them going for touchdowns and 84 yards overall. The first touchdown gave Cal its first points of the year.
Crawford then got the final points of the game for Cal, a batted pass from a UC Davis defender that fell right into Kekoa’s hands.
Christopher Brown, Jr. had a massive game, with 197 yards (besting his season total form last season) and his second career Cal touchdown.
Greg Thomas had a career-long 47 yard field goal, one of two field goals.
And also helped tie up the game!
Cameron Goode made his return from an injury that ended his year early, getting his first sack of the season.
Nikko Remigio had probably the best punt return of his Cal career.
