Former Cal Men’s Basketball player and coach Theo Robertson is back in the bay. He joins Steve Kerr’s staff on the Warriors, replacing the void left by assistant Willie Green. Theo first joined the Warriors as a video assistant before leaving for the Lakers with Luke Walton. He was then hired by Wyking Jones as an assistant before being put on administrative leave a few months into the season. Robertson spent the past season with the Detroit Pistons.
The Warriors are hiring Theo Robertson onto their coaching staff, I’m told. Will fill the player development vacancy left by Willie Green. Robertson played at Cal, worked with Warriors/Lakers previously. Most recently on staff at Cal.
