Cal and SDSU most recently scheduled a home-and-home for the 2015 and 2016 seasons. The Bears beat the Aztecs in 2015 in Berkeley, 35-7, led by Jared Goff’s 17/24 for 321 yards 3 TDs, and Daniel Lasco’s 123 yards on 19 carries. 2016 was a heartbreaker of a game as the Bears could not complete the comeback even with monster games from Davis Webb who was 41/72 for 522 yards, 5 TDs and 3 INTs, and Chad Hansen who had 190 yards on 14 catches with 1 TD. The Bears lost that game 40-45 after Davis Webb threw an INT following an onside kick recovery.
