Fields asked out of her LOI after Coach Gottlieb accepted a job with the Cleveland Cavaliers. The Bears brought back former assistant coach Charmin Smith, as the new HC, who was only a few months into her new job with the NY Liberty in the WNBA. She has a tough task ahead, having to fill the voids left by prominent seniors Kristine Anigwe and Asha Thomas.
Good luck to Lauren!
