Cal Football OOC Game times and TV Schedule announced!

The kick-off times and TV broadcasts have been set for the first three games of Cal Football’s 2018 season!

SAN FRANCISCO – Cal will host a pair of afternoon games at California Memorial Stadium over the first three weeks of the 2018 season with visits from North Carolina (Sept. 1, 1 p.m. PT) and Idaho State (Sept. 15, 3 p.m.). The Cal-North Carolina contest will be televised nationally by FOX, while Pac-12 Bay Area will air the Cal-Idaho State game.

The Golden Bears were a 35-30 winner in their first-ever meeting with the Tar Heels in Chapel Hill to open last season. Cal and Idaho State will be meeting for the first time ever.

Among a host of early television selections across the conference, the Pac-12 also announced that Cal’s road game at BYU on Sept. 8 will kick off at 8:15 p.m. MT/7:15 p.m. PT. The contest will be televised nationally by either ESPN2 or ESPNU with that determination to be made after games of Sept. 1.
