Time for Cardiac Cal to make another appearance?

With the Cheez-It Bowl set to pit the California Golden Bears against the TCU Horned Frogs, we already know to anticipate a defensive slugfest as our respective struggling offenses will be challenged with moving the ball against feared defenses.

Vegas has now chimed in on the match-up, placing Cal as two-point underdogs.
