Following last week’s mega edition of Friday Night Lights we have a normal, one-game per player edition of the article this week.

Starting with Braxten Croteau (DE) and Ryan Puskas (DB) at Liberty High School in Arizona. They improved to 7-0 following a 49-34 win over Boulder Creek. Croteau made 11 tackles, 4 for a loss, and 1 quarterback hurry. It appears as though Puskas did not play in this matchup.

Ben Coleman (OL) and Linfield Christian improved to 7-0 following a 38-0 win over Ontario Christian.

Chaminade Prep and Blake Antzoulatos (LB) continue to struggle as they sit at 2-5 after losing four consecutive games. Antzoulatos recorded 15 tackles in a 38-14 loss to Alemany.

Brian Driscoll (OL) and Torrey Pines pulled off another close victory by defeating Mission Hills 13-7. They are now 7-0 this season.

Chandler’s Decarlos Brooks (RB) continues to dominate the competition, along with his team, as they improved to 6-1 with a 56-7 win over Brophy College Prep. Brooks carried the ball 19 times for 143 yards and 2 touchdowns.

Orange Lutheran’s Elijah Mojarro (TE) caught 3 passes for 32 yards in a 63-28 loss to St. John Bosco. Orange Lutheran falls to 4-3 on the season.

Higley and Spencer Brasch (QB) recovered from last week’s resounding defeat with a 45-28 win over Campo Verde to improve to 6-2 this season. Brasch completed 25 of 37 passes for 280 yards, 4 touchdowns and 2 interceptions. He also rushed 20 times for 100 yards and 2 touchdowns.

Los Gatos and Kyle Smith (LB) have dropped to 4-3 following a second consecutive defeat, this time against Wilcox by a score of 25-19. Smith made 11 tackles, 1 for a loss, and 1 forced fumble.

Upland and Zahran Manley (DB) improved to 6-1 with a 45-23 win against Los Osos. Manley made 3 tackles in the contest.

The Woodlands and McKade Mettauer (OL) improved to 4-2 with a 54-7 win over Klein Collins.

Linebacker Orin Patu and Rainier Beach got back in the win column to improve to 3-2 following a 33-0 win over Garfield.

Curley Young Jr. (LB) and his Hendrickson teammates are 4-1 following a 25-3 win over Stony Point.

Bradley Archer (TE/LB) helped his Livermore squad snap a 3-game losing streak with a 21-14 win over Dublin to improve to 3-4 this season.

Brett Johnson (DT) and Desert Vista are 6-1 after a 28-27 win over Mountain Pointe
