Cal Football has enjoyed its new winning start under new HC Justin Wilcox, and after a 35-30 win at North Carolina the Bears have gotten some votes in the AP and Coaches Poll.
Currently the Bears would stand at #40 in the AP and #45 in the Coaches poll. (They don’t rank teams that get votes past #25)
More than half the PAC-12 got votes for the AP after a 12-0 start as a conference for week 1.
