DT Justin Kakala decommits from Cal and flips to Harvard

Wayyy back in April, defensive tackle Justin Kakala committed to the California Golden Bears and we all rejoiced!

Just a little under four months later and Kakala—a three-star prospect our of Manteca, CA—decided that Cal is no longer the best fit for him.

Cal has reportedly offered eight other defensive tackles in the Class of 2018. According to the assessments by 247Sports, our most promising prospects may be Paul Maile (three stars; Salt Lake City, UT) or Tyler Manoa (three stars; Mountain View, CA).
