Even in the offseason, Aaron Rodgers finds ways to win.
The California Golden Bears legend picked up two ESPYs on Thursday, while—based on the picture above—being the most handsome man in America.
One of the two awards was for Play of the Year for a 35-yard tightrope sideline throw to Jared Cook, putting the Green Bay Packers in position to kick a game-winning field goal to beat the Dallas Cowboys in the Playoffs.
Rodgers isn’t a stranger to winning Best Play as he (and fellow Cal Bear Richard Rodgers) won last year.
Check out Rodgers’s acceptance speech below. Kudos for mentioning his O-line and Cook; Cook definitely deserves recognition for making the catch.
On top of that, Rodgers picked up the ESPY for Best NFL Player. This one is a little controversial among some viewers, but I’m sure there are far fewer Cal fans who will be complaining about this one.
And as part of the festivities, Aaron managed to catch up with DeSean Jackson for a quick picture.
Oh, how close Rodgers and Jackson were to becoming the most lethal 1-2 punch in football history at Cal.
