The California Golden Bears have another of their best players making a preseason award watch list!

Per Cal Bears, Matt Anderson was added to the watch-list for the prestigious Lou Groza award given to the best place kicker in each college football season.
The watch list includes 30 best returning kickers to the FBS scene.
The 20 semifinalists for the 2017 Lou Groza Award will be selected on Thursday, November 2, while three finalists will be named by Tuesday, November 21 and recognized during a celebration in Palm Beach County that culminates with a gala awards banquet on Monday, December 4. The winner of the Lou Groza Award will be announced live at the Home Depot College Football Awards Red Carpet Show televised by ESPNU on December 7, 2017.
