1ST HALF
Cal started out 0/4 from beyond the arc, and the Bears were down 11-15 at the second media TO. Cal did not have a spark on offense, but out of nowhere Stephen Domingo led the charge for the Bears. The Bears did regain the lead and went into halftime up 32-29. The lead should have been significantly larger, but OSU was relentless in their offense making shot after shot from beyond the arc. Ivan Rabb had a half to forget only making 1 of his 7 FGA. Jabari Bird and Stephen Domingo paced the offense going a combined 6-9 from the field and 15 points of the total 32.

2ND HALF
Grant Mullins fouled out with about 5 minutes left in the game after making 2 shots which were both 3s. Cal’s lead shrunk to 2, but with 1 min left in the game, Kingsley Okoroh got a steal and up to Jabari Bird for a dunk and-1. Cal gained a 2 posession lead with under 30 seconds left, and that was the ball game. The Bears shot worse than Oregon State from the field and from 3, but was able to get the W, led by Jabari Bird’s 20 points on 7-12 shooting and 3-6 from 3.
