Official DL Coach Azzinaro to become UCLA’s DC

One year after coaching the Cal DL, Coach Azzinaro goes down to the southern campus to lead the Bruin D

After coaching under Chip Kelly at Oregon, Philly, and Niners the ex-Cal DL coach is reunited with him at UC Los Angeles.

Coach Azzinaro served at Duke’s DC in 2004-05.

He will be joined by Don Pellum at LB coach. Pellum coached at Oregon before the Taggart moved to FSU.

This will begin Cal’s search for a new DL coach who can coach the 3-4 style that both Wilcox and DeRuyter use.
