It’s really as simple as this tonight. UCLA’s quarterback is playing very well. Cal’s quarterback is not.
In likely his final Pac-12 game, Josh Rosen is going out in style, throwing 13 for 18 for 202 yards and two touchdowns as he tries to drag UCLA into bowl eligibility. Rosen has been fantastic, and it’s a shame for him he had had to pretty much reenact Jared Goff’s career on a middling Pac-12 team.
Rosen might have gotten hurt before halftime.
Josh Rosen was talking to team personnel on the bench as the half was winding down and apparently he was not pleased with the conversation. Whacks his helmet to the ground before walking into the tunnel. #UCLA

Ross Bowers is 8 for 16 for 62 yards. Cal has gone into the red zone three times and ended up with three field goals.
So Cal and UCLA have both gone to the red zone three times. Cal has three field goals. UCLA has two touchdowns and a field goal. Sometimes, it’s simple as that.
This is the halftime and third quarter chat to discuss the California Golden Bears and the UCLA Bruins. Go Bears!
