After suffering a pretty tough loss against Arizona this week for homecoming, let’s take a peek and see how the rest of our opponents fared.
Colorado 0, Washington State 28
The Cougars quickly bounced back from last weeks loss to Cal by completely dominating Colorado. Despite the pretty crappy on field conditions, Washington State’s Luke Falk managed to lead the team with 197 passing yards and 3 TD’s. Something to look forward to next week: The Buffs allowed 407 total yards of offense against them while only managing to produce 174 total yards themselves. Hopefully, we can bounce back next week and steal one from Colorado in Boulder.
UCLA 31, Oregon 14
In a game that produced one of the more interesting highlights from this weekend, UCLA recovered from an embarrassing loss to Arizona the week before. The Bruin’s Josh Rosen led the team with 2 TD’s and 266 passing yards. Oregon’s back up QB, Braxton Burmeister only managed to throw for 74 yards, including one interception on the day.
With the season getting closer to the end Cal fans, what game are you most looking forward to watching?
