Davis Webb had a solid week at Senior Bowl practice and capped it off with an MVP performance today! Go Davis!

Webb finished 11-16 for 165 yards and a touchdown while leading the South to three scoring drives in his three possessions on the field. Take a look at Webb’s touchdown throw below.

Webb showed plenty of promise in practice this week about his future as an NFL quarterback.

It sounds like the intrigue is starting to grow around Webb as a potential high quarterback pick. It isn’t a particularly big class and Webb is starting to stand out with some of his performances. Webb was named top performer all week among all Senior Bowl quarterbacks, especially for his big arm.
I'm told Davis Webb flew into Mobile 2 days early after arranging a throwing session with half dozen receivers from Univ of So Alabama.

Could Cal have two quarterbacks taken in the first round of the NFL Draft in two consecutive seasons? We’ll have to wait and find out!
Congrats to Davis! Best of luck in the road ahead!
