Ivan Rabb had a busy week with a pair of sterling performances! For his efforts he was named Pac-12 player of the week.
With Cal down 73-72 in the waning seconds of the USC game, Rabb hit both of his free throws to give the Bears a 74-73 edge. The Trojans tried to rally and hit the game-winner with seconds left, but Rabb blocked the shot to secure the victory. Rabb picked up his fourth foul with under ten minutes but managed two blocks and not to foul out. Rabb finished with 17 points, eight rebounds, two blocks, two assists and three steals.

And he managed to fend off the USC DJ too!
USC's in-game DJ to @YoungIvee: "Bruh, I tried everything I could to try to distract you on those free throws. It didn't work."

In Thursday's loss to No. 4 UCLA, Rabb was instrumental in the Cal rally to bring the Bears within five points of the Bruins late in the second half. Rabb using a 17-point, 20-rebound outing. Rabb's career-high 20 rebounds made him the first Golden Bear to log 20 rebounds since Leon Powe managed 20 vs. USC back in 2006!
