More additional updates on Cal Bears who have made it in the NFL! There are now over two dozen Golden Bears in the league.

The California Golden Bears saw a few cuts yesterday, but they found their way back onto their practice squads. In fact, there was one signing!

Bryce Treggs found a home on a 53 man roster: The Philadelphia Eagles picked him up after the San Francisco 49ers cut him.

A lot of Dykes-era Golden Bears did make their way onto practice squads though.

Chris Harper went the other way. Harper joined the San Francisco 49ers on their practice squad.

The remaining practice squads Golden Bears that were signed by their team were undrafted free agents.

  • Kenny Lawler sticks with the Seattle Seahawks
  • Darius Powe hits up the New York Giants
  • Maurice Harris remains with the Washington professional football team
  • Kyle Kragen is still on the Denver Broncos.

There was one additional cut: Steve Williams was released from the San Diego Chargers.
