Jacksonville Jaguars v Tennessee Titans

After a successful eight seasons in the NFL former Bear and Tennessee Titan Craig Stevens has decided to retire. He was known as a solid run blocking tight end but finished his career with only 745 yards and 6 touchdowns.

Goff had his moments in the Rams third preseason game, but ultimately struggled finishing 4-12 with 45 yards.

Daniel Lasco was taken out of the game against the Steelers where he took a blow to the head causing a concussion. He laid on the field motionless for a while until he finally got up under his own power.

Bryce Treggs sprained his MCL, fortunately not tearing which would have most likely caused him to be cut. He still has a chance to be cut but will hopefully start the season on the PUP list.

Maurice Harris got the most reps at receiver this week for the Redskins, another sign that he’ll most likely make the team and join fellow Bear wideout Desean Jackson.

Stephen Anderson will end up making the Texans I believe. He’ll either be the TE2 or TE3 behind C.J. Fiedorowicz and Ryan Griffin.

Kenny Lawler is fighting for the 5th and final receiving spot for the Seahawks. If he doesn’t make it I would expect him to be signed to the practice squad, but he has one more game and a couple more practices to prove he’s worth it.

Trevor Davis is a safe bet to make the Packers as he brings a kick return presence and should see plenty of snaps at wideout. He should be a WR3 or WR4 this year.

Darius Powe is another guy that is going to have a stressful week coming up with the 75 and 53 man roster cuts.
