There are two major first round quarterback talents that have passed the sniff test of most NFL scouts: Jared Goff and Carson Wentz. At the moment, it seems like those two players will go in the top ten, as one appears to be coming off the board pretty early.
The Los Angeles Rams have traded up to get the number one pick, so you'd have to imagine the thought process behind Jeff Fisher and crew is to get a quarterback. But is it Wentz or Goff? It's hard to say.

#Rams source says Wentz is the pick. Said decision was made awhile ago. Said trade haggling took awhile.

Cal has had only one number one draft pick in the program's history: Quarterback Steve Bartkowski went first to the Atlanta Falcons in the 1975 NFL Draft. Could Goff be the second man? Or will he have to wait for another team like the Browns, Eagles, or the 49ers to make their move later?
