The final Cal game of the regular season takes place with not much at stake. Both Cal and UCLA will battle to keep faint bowl hopes alive on Senior Day in Berkeley.

Cal might have an outside chance at qualifying for a bowl game with a 5-7 record and a 960 multi-year APR, but that situation is currently out of their hands. All they can focus on is snapping a four game losing streak and getting their first win against a California rival in the Sonny Dykes era. You have to figure they won’t get a better opportunity than against a UCLA team that has dropped five of its last six and also has faint bowl hopes they’re trying to prop up as well.
