Cal vs. UC Los Angeles, 2nd quarter: Both offenses struggling in the rain, but Cal leads 3–0

The California Golden Bears and the UC Los Angeles Bruins are both struggling this season and this game is no different. The offenses aren't clicking and the crowd is barely making any detectable noise on the TV broadcast, but I see signs of life from the Cal (bench including Vic Wharton on punt returns, the Cal run game, and Matt Anderson nailing his first field goal of the day). The comments section are even quieter, but I'm still here supporting the team win, lose, or draw.
