On October 8th, Cal and Oregon State will face off at 6:00 PM PST in Corvallis, Oregon.
Last year, Jared Goff had one of the greatest games of his career, which ended up leading Cal to a 30 point win throwing for 453 yards on just 37 attempts (12.2 YPA) and 6 touchdowns. Oregon State’s program has been in shambles for a few years and every season I look forward to playing these beavers.
This game will be a confidence booster for our defense in a game where we could actually force a few turnovers and limit touchdowns. I’m confident we have the potential to blow these guys out and head into the bye week on a positive note, but you never know with California Football.
