Four-star running back Lil'Jordan Humphrey will visit Cal, and hopefully they can snag a commitment from the versatile running back.

Humphrey is currently looking at Texas, Cal and Wisconsin as visit spots. Annabel Stephen of Scout confirms that those have been the programs on his visit list. Humphrey said that he currently has no favorites, but you have to feel good about Cal's chances, considering Dykes' past success in Texas. However, when Texas wants a top in-state recruit, they usually have a good chance at getting him.
Humphrey does not currently have a timetable, but he will be visiting his top three school in the coming weeks and could make a decision before his senior year so that he can focus on football. Hopefully Peeler can work his magic so that #CalGang 2016 can grow to 18 commitments. Humphrey can play multiple positions in college like tight end, receiver and running back, and could add to the growing versatility in the Bear Raid offense.
"(Schools are) really recruiting me as an athlete," he said. "They're talking about, I guess receiver, tight end maybe."
Humphrey has only ever played running back, but he has run receiver routes in practices and says he feels comfortable there, though "my instincts, I just know what to do" at running back.
