Under 100 days to go.

We have the first three games on what figures to be a pretty tough schedule confirmed for the 2015 Cal football season. The Pac-12 released the schedules for the first three weeks of the season, with Cal getting their first national telecast of the year on their road trip to Austim. Let's take a quick look at each of them.

September 5th: Grambling State, 2 PM Pacific, Pac-12 Networks: The season begins with what should amount to a big dress rehearsal for this big season for Sonny Dykes. Cal needs to win big and strike gold to set the tone for the upcoming season.

September 12th: San Diego State, 2 PM Pacific, Pac-12 Networks: Again, Cal needs to win these games decisively. They cannot mess around with the most winnable games on their schedule if they want their season to break the right way.

September 19th: at Texas, 4:30 PM Pacific, FOX: This game will tell us a lot about the trajectory of our 2015 season. Can Cal break out and issue their biggest win of the Dykes era, or will they struggle once again with what looks like one of the most formidable defenses on their schedule?

The other game confirmed for national TV is the Thursday night contest between Cal and UCLA on October 22nd on ESPN at 6 PM.

Thoughts everyone?
