You can now end the Swanigan watch. According to multiple sources, 5-star C/PF Caleb Swanigan is going to attend Purdue, spurning our Golden Bears and Kentucky to become a Boilermaker.

It was fun that Cal was even in the discussion and I'm pretty happy with the class that we've got coming in for 2015 too. Certainly Swanigan would have been great, but hopefully the Dillard snafu with the NCAA clearinghouse gets sorted out and all will be well. Either way, Cal Men's Basketball is going to be a lot of fun next year.

Oh, and just a parting thought: Please don't EVER EVER EVER in the name of all things OSKI tweet at a recruit. EVER. It's just not cool at all. Thanks and GO BEARS!
