The California Golden Bears have landed yet another commitment in the form of Corona (Ca.) Centennial offensive lineman Daniel Juarez. Juarez received a Cal offer earlier this week, and he was quick to pull the trigger on the Golden Bears. Juarez also holds offers from UNLV, Nevada, Texas Tech and Washington State, so you can already see that he fits the profile of what Air Raid/spread-type offensive schemes are looking for.

Here are the rankings.
- 247Sports: Three stars (88), 37th best offensive tackle, 51st best recruit in California
- Rivals: Three stars (5.5), 82nd best recruit in California
- Scout: Three stars, 34th best offensive tackle
Here are the Hudl highlights. What pops out is the strength and quickness with which Juarez is able to pop off the snap. He can move defensive lineman sideways or downfield depending on the blocking scheme.
This will be Cal's third commitment from Centennial in three years. Cal landed running back Tre Watson from Sonny's first complete recruiting class and wide receiver Greyson Bankhead last season. With Juarez's commitment, that brings Cal's 2016 class up to three, joining quarterback Armani Rogers and defensive back Marquel Dismuke.
Welcome to Cal Daniel! GO BEARS!
