Terrible. Bear Territory lost one of their own today. Eloi Vasquez was reportedly hit by a car and found near a highway on-ramp.

Vasquez had been missing since early Saturday morning when he left a fraternity party near the USC campus.
Vasquez hails from San Rafael, California, where he played for Marin Academy as well as Marin FC. He trained with various teams in France and Mexico in his youth before his high school days competing in the Bay Area. He appeared in 12 matches and had 3 assists this season in his freshman year at UC Berkeley, as Cal men's soccer advanced to the Sweet Sixteen before losing to UCLA.
Vasquez was 19 years old.
