The Bears are starting to hit up more of the unheralded prospects on the rise.

Corona (Ca.) Centennial safety Chacho Ulloa has been picking up offers in waves, with Cal joining the fray. ASU, Boise State, Oregon State, Stanford, Utah and Washington State have already offered. The Stanford offer is going to be a challenge to fend off. Watch this one, as defensive back continues to remain a clear and present priority.

San Diego (Ca.) St. Augustine offensive tackle Michael Alves got the Cal offer this week. ASU, Boston College, Oregon State, San Diego State, Vanderbilt, Washington and Washington State have offered too.

Converse (Tx.) defensive end Alton Robinson landed a Cal offer, but Michigan is in the fray and Texas A&M landed an offer the exact same day the Bears extended their hand. The four star rusher is going to be hard to pry out of the Lone Star state, especially if Texas comes a calling.

Colorado Springs (Co.) Pine Creek outside linebacker JoJo Domann recently picked up the Cal offer, but there is ground to make up here--Nebraska is considered a big favorite in this race.

Nacogdoches (Tx.) defensive back Brandon Jones is the top safety prospect in the country and just got an offer from the Bears. Don't expect us to realistically be in the race--every major national power in the country has already offered.

Going back to old stomping grounds, New Orleans (La.) St. Augustine linebacker Giovanni LaFrance has received a Cal offer, joining Oklahoma State, Texas Tech, and a bunch of mid-majors. The Cowboys sound like the early favorite.

In-demand 2017 Arvada (Co.) offensive tackle Jake Moretti is already getting the early press with a Cal offer. Colorado, Colorado State Miami, Michigan and San Diego State have offered, with more sure to follow.

2017 La Grange (Tx.) athlete J.K. Dobbins got his third offer from Cal, joining TCU and Houston.
