The question will soon be answered: Is Cal's greatest quarterback of the last decade coming back for his senior season, or will he capitalize on his high draft stock?
Prior to the team's final bowl practices in Berkeley, the answer remains a secret. Goff says his decision has yet to be made. I'd guess we'll know for sure soon after the Armed Forces Bowl.

At the moment Goff is ranked so high on every draft board. SB Nation has him as the 2nd overall pick. Pro Football Focus thinks he should be the first quarterback taken. ESPN has him projected perhaps the lowest, staying in the Bay Area...as the 5th overall pick.

That's a lot of top ten projections. It's hard to imagine Goff will come back with that type of draft stock going his way.
So a lot will depend on how much he just would love to come back to the Bears. Would he want to lead Cal to a huge final season? Or is it time to be the best quarterback in this class and take advantage of what will be a sure top ten pick?
Goff is ready by all accounts. He had a very good if not great season and was the big reason Cal made the jump to 7-5. He didn't have amazing games, but his ability to lead and conduct this offense ensured the Bears would be a bowl team.
Some thoughts to ponder on this Christmas Eve. What do you think Goff will do?
