"We've got to come out this week with our hair on fire, and want this game like we haven't wanted any other game," Jalil said. "That's how we'll get it. I know they want it just as bad. Actually, I take that back. They don't want this is bad as we do. This game means a lot to us."
- More on Oregon: "We're here for real. This is going to be the toughest game yet. I want to see how we're going to respond. Coach Dykes has us going up- we're ready to win this one."
- On finishing the season strong: "I feel like for us to leave that mark on this program (going to a bowl game) would mean that we left this place better for it."
Jalil left the roasted duck on the podium, and said, "I'm leaving this up here in case anyone's hungry."

Sonny Dykes
- On Jared's recent struggles: "I think the biggest thing Jared has to be is keep playing. Not trying to force things, let the game come to him."
- On lack of turnovers: "The turnovers that we got on defense have probably been the biggest difference between the first 5 games and the last 3."
- On Lasco: "He's close to being back to where he was, if he isn't there already. Just needs a few more plays."
- On the Ducks: "They (Oregon) play really physical. They're young, but they're getting better. You can see them improve."
Dykes on the two backs: "I thought it was pretty efficient. It served its purpose, and will continue to be part of our package."

Dykes: "I don't really like duck myself. I'm not sure I've ever had it."

Jared Goff
- On resiliency: "I'm just trying to make plays. I've been doing that for 3 years now, I'm going to keep trying to be the best player I can be every week."
- On returning to Oregon: "I'm excited to go back up there (Eugene) and have another chance to do something special, hopefully get the win."
- On defeats: "If I've learned anything over the last 3 years, it's that it's not always going to go your way. That's why I focus on what I can control."
- On Lasco: "It was good to see Lasco get out there & run well, move like he used to. I think he's going to do some special things the rest of the season."
- On moving forward: "It's not easy, but you just go to the next day and put it behind you. All you can do is try and get better and move forward from there.
- On snapping out of a slump: "I think we're ready for a break through. We've practiced hard. We just need to play a little better, a little cleaner."
Daniel Lasco
- On Oregon: "I think everyone's excited. This is going to be a huge game for us."
- On recovering from USC: "Every single game that you lose it's tough & difficult. Here, we have a 24 hour rule- win or lose, 24 hours after the game- you move on."
- On the Bear Raid: "I feel like we have the best offense in the nation when we play up to our best."
- On the struggling run game: "In any offense, you have to have a strong run game to be effective. It takes a lot of heat off of the QB."
- On playing at 100%: "I'm going 2 push myself this week to get to where I need to be for Saturday. A lot of off the field stuff- I'll make sure I get it done. I'm back now, that's the only thing that matters to me."
- On the weather: "It's not going to be one sided... both teams will have to deal with the rain."
- On the opposition: "Oregon has a very athletic defense. They're fast, they swarm to the ball quick. They can switch up what we've been seeing."
