This is going to be a tougher one than Strickland.

The Opening

The California Golden Bears got a lot of momentum the past few days when they secured commitments from Keith Washington, Brandon Singleton, and yesterday landed a huge verbal from Carlos Strickland. Cal is closing strong and could have a pretty good recruiting class when the dust settles.

Today another potential recruit will be making his decision.  San Diego (Ca.) St. Augustine athlete Frank Buncom IV is ready to make a decision today, and he will be picking between the California Golden Bears, Stanford Cardinal

Buncom is probably not as likely to commit to Cal as Strickland. He is definitely torn between all of the programs on his final four. Stanford and Vanderbilt are the favorites, but Cal did get the final visit and Notre Dame has also been working hard to get him on board. Buncom would probably be targeted as a cornerback and would join Malik Psalms as two of our best prospects who could come and compete immediately for playing time in the Cal secondary.

Information is below on the decision. GO BEARS!
