Quick looks at what the latest Cal recruiting updates on the most important visit weekend leading up to National Signing Day.

Targets (full list of those who visited are here).

Frank Buncom attended the Cal basketball game with plenty of other recruits! Buncom has no more visits and will announce soon.

Boutte (La.) Hahnville wide receiver Brandon Singleton was here. Singleton is a big target and was a recent Georgia Tech commit before reopening his recruitment.

Here are updates from some of the new Bears.

Napa (Ca.) wide receiver Austin Aaron (scouting report) enjoyed his trip and was hosted by Jared Goff.

Back off Michigan. Aaron is a Bear.

"They were interested, they wanted me to come out and take a visit, but I’m firmly committed to Cal; there’s no doubt in my mind, after this visit," Aaron said, proudly. "I’m not taking any visits anymore."

As for the former Stanford head coach?

"Oh, hell no. I could not do that," Aaron said. "After this visit, it just cemented how much I love this place, and I’m not going anywhere else."

Atlanta (Ga.) Westminster School defensive end Russell Ude (scouting report) sounds very much like he's ready to be a Bear, and he is done with his official visits. Miami is trying to enter the race, but they will have a lot of work to do.

Him and Ross Bowers are on that texting game.

Corona (Ca.) Centennial wide receiver Greyson Bankhead (scouting report) is all in.

Pasadena (Ca.) La Salle athlete Evan Rambo (scouting report) is all ready to go.

Malik Psalms (scouting report) was at Cal earlier in the week before tripping back down for the B2G West Coast Bowl, and it sounds like commitments might be coming (we've already had one from Keith Washington!).

Zeandae Johnson (scouting report) is enjoying life as a Bear and seems ready to start his time at Cal on the defensive side of the football. He can't wait to get back to Berkeley.

Bay St. Louis (Ms.) St. Stanislaus offensive guard Ryan Gibson (scouting report) is the man we have to hang onto. He seems ready for California sunshine.
