Time: 3 PM PT, 6 PM ET
TV: ESPN Deportes (in Spanish), Fox Sports 2 (in English)
Online: WatchESPN (in Spanish)
SB Nation coverage: For more on Real Madrid, go to Managing Madrid. For more on Inter Milan, go to Inter Offside!
So this isn't as easy to find to watch legally as I hoped. If you want to watch it in Spanish, you should be good: The broadcast is available on ESPN Deportes.
In English, It's on the elusive Fox Sports 2 channel, which I believe is a mythical unicorn, and the Fox Sports Go App happens to not sure FS2 telecasts. How wonderfully useless. Given this is an international soccer friendly meant to promote life and happiness, feel free to post any streams you can find of the game.
Here are the lineups for each team.

Yeah, before you ask, Cristiano Ronaldo is not playing today. He will likely play in the next two ICC matches. But I do believe he is in Berkeley today, so autographs are not out of the question.
