The Bears picked up their 6th recruit of the 2015 class on Saturday afternoon, when Fresno Central East's Zeandae Johnson pledged his commitment to Sonny Dykes and company.
You know it by now, but he'll tell the story. [Also, check the timestamps.]

Johnson, who holds only one other reported D1 offer from Idaho, is rated at tight end by every recruiting service, but will be coming to Cal to play defensive line, per Ryan Gorcey.
Saw @Zeandaej work at TE in a few 7on tourneys, very good athlete. Will be signed as a DL for #Cal. Good quickness. Could stand to add size

Here's Coach Dykes with the hint/announcement, complete with a new slick graphic. As someone who has complained in the past about our lack of development in that department, I am fully on board with the design of this:

Welcome again, and Go Bears! We should have a closer look at him later next week. Should make for interesting tape, to say the least.
