Bears, with a solid RPI in the 30s, will look to remain above 0.500 to be post season eligible against Washington State this weekend. Given the toughness of some other Pac-12 opponents, a series win here would be essential if the Bears want to return to regional play.

Sunday starter for the Bears is sophomore Ryan Mason. Mason started the year as the Bears' closer but has recently been shifted back to the starting rotation. Mason became the Bears' Friday starter last year after starting the season as the closer.
