Cal Baseball (8-3) vs. Tulane (8-3)

When: 7 PM PT

Radio: KALX 90.7 FM

Bears have gone undefeated in two (road) tournaments this year. Can they continue that streak this weekend when they host the Cal Baseball Classic? The opponents this weekend are Tulane, San Francisco (5-6), and Arkansas (7-2).

For the Friday night game, expect freshman ace Daulton Jefferies to make his 4th start. This talented freshman righty has an incredible 2-0 record with 1.08 ERA and 13 K's in 16.2 innings (okay, that K rate is not that high...but this is super small sample size to start with). Last year's Friday starter and now closer sophomore Ryan Mason has also a solid season with 2-0 record and 6 K's in 8.0 innings.
