Zach Yenser's offensive line improved through the 2013 regular season, but the Golden Bears were far from a good blocking team and struggled from too much upheaval to ever become a consistent unit. So the Golden Bears definitely need a bunch more big uglies up front to keep on improving. Michael Trani figures to be one of those players who will be part of the charge, officially sending in his LOI earlier today.

Trani is versatile enough to be slated as an offensive guard at the next level but has shown he can play tackle. The La Mirada (Ca.) offensive guard measures in at 6'3 and weighs in around 260-270 pounds. Trani had offers from schools like Arizona, Boise State, Fresno State, Ole Miss and Washington State.

Junior video highlights for Trani are available below.
