The potential top signal-caller in the 2015 recruiting class is ready to make a commitment. Bellflower (Ca.) St. John Bosco quarterback Josh Rosen has set a decision date.
I'm officially committing to a university to play college football on March 20th at 12!! Couldn't be more excited !!👌
— Josh Rosen (@josh3rosen) February 24, 2014
Almost all signs point to Rosen going to UCLA, although Rosen did recently pick up offers from the likes of Florida State. Rosen also has offers from Notre Dame, Texas, USC, Michigan (a school he would like to visit), Tennessee, Vanderbilt, and Washington. Rosen also is interested in the Furd (gag), but at the moment he doesn’t seem to have an offer. I’m guessing that with this early decision date, Rosen is ready to pick the Bruins a month from now.
So where does Cal factor in? Well, Rosen has always liked Berkeley. He has visited unofficially and has stated publicly that the Bears are in the mix. We could very well be one of the finalists in this battle
If Rosen doesn’t commit to Cal, Brady White by default becomes the top target of the coaching staff for the 2015 class. Jake Browning and Tyler Hillinski are also potential names to watch out for as potential quarterbacks for this class.
