Tedford's stint with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers didn't work out due to lingering health issues that sidelined him early in the season. Tedford and the Bucs officially parted ways a few weeks ago, and with a clean bill of health started looking out for the best coaching jobs he could find. Although he expressed interest in Oregon State and Colorado State, he eventually decided to aim for something north of the border, settling in on Vancouver.
Tedford is the winningest coach in Cal football history, compiling a record of 82-57 over eleven years at Cal. He won a share of the Pac-10 championship in 2006 and led Cal to nine winning seasons, including eight bowl berths and five bowl victories.
Best of luck coach! GO BEARS!
