Marcus Griffin, Luke Rubenzer, Vic Enwere, Golden Tweets from visit weekend!

What are Luke Ruebenzer, Maurice Griffin, and everyone else up to?

Stephen Lam

For those of you trying to wash out the pain of a 1-11 season with the verbal commitments of 17 to 18 year old kids, this is the place to get your updates on all the visitors from this weekend, both committed and uncommitted. Twitter is the great equalizer.

Luke Rubenzer, Saguaro (Az.) quarterback, committed to Cal: Rubenzer is as secure as a verbal can get, and he can just sit back and relax with his competition for future seasons in Jared Goff.

Rubenzer is soaking up the experience with his fellow running backs Vic Enwere and Tre Watson.

He's got some impressive football role models.

Also, friendly advice.

Vic Enwere, Fort Bend Austin (Tx.) running back, committed to Cal: With Enwere now firmly a Bear, he seems to be enjoying himself with his future and prospective teammates.

Enwere was pretty much the one who ended up breaking the news on Jahvid Best joining the Cal coaching staff.

Kennedy Emesibe, Hesperia (Ca.) defensive end, committed to Cal: Emesibe appears to be taking in everything quite happily.

Marcus Griffin, Bellevue (Wa.) defensive lineman, big Cal target: Griffin is probably the most important target that has yet to commit, and Cal seems to be going all out to try and land his commitment. Griffin provides the necessary blow-by-blow of what seems to be happening and the perks of his visit!

Nifae Lealao, Sacramento (Ca.) Capital Christian defensive end: Lealao is committed to Stanfurd at the moment, but it's a soft verbal. Can we sway him away?

Aisea Tongilava, Orange Lutheran linebacker: Did you know that Tongalava played rugby with Edward Tandy?
