Jolene Henderson is trying to get back to full strength. Freshman Vanessa Alvarez has emerged as the other pitcher capable of keeping the game from being mercy-ruled. Is there enough time for the Bears to get back in shape with only two regular season game left.

The Bears did score 4 runs in the 7-4 loss last night. Both SS Cheyenne Cordes and 1B Victoria Jones hit a homer. Henderson picked up the loss after allowing one run in her one inning, where the Huskies scored a run based on two infield hit and a SB.
