Cal Baseball vs. Stanford Cardinal Gamethread

It's MLB Opening Day, but there is yet another Cal Baseball game on TV. Cal take on Stanfurd down at the Farm, and this one is on the Pac-12 Networks. After a disappointing series loss to USC, a win over Furd would be a nice way to start a new week. GO BEARS!

USA TODAY Sports

Cal Golden Bears (16-12, 5-4) vs. Stanford Cardinal (13-9, 3-3)

Where: Sunken Diamond (Stanford, CA)

When: 7 PM PT

TV: Pac-12 Networks

Radio: KALX (free)

It's time for more baseball. On MLB Opening Day, Cal and Furd will compete for some of that baseball attention. In another "non-conference" game, the Bears take on No.23 Stanfurd down at the Farm. Bears and Furd met once at the Farm earlier this year and the result was not so good (5-0 Furd victory). Bears will host Furd later this year in a conference series. Although this one has no conference implication, it's always great to beat Furd in anything.

Bears are coming off an offensive outburst against USC (after dropping the first two games of the series) that was their Pac-12 Networks debut. May the Cal bats stay hot on another TV appearance. Furd took the series up in Washington State, but lost the last game on getaway day.
