Think all the way back to October 27th, when the Bears were playing Utah - a game they eventually lost, 49-27.
Of all the questionable decisions in that game - of which there were many - the one that had to frustrate the most was Jeff Tedford's choice to go for an onside kick, down 22 with less than a minute to go.
Keenan Allen sprained his PCL on that fateful play, ending his season - and Cal career - prematurely.
Turns out, that PCL injury hasn't completely healed yet, and is still affecting Allen months later, as news leaked earlier today that he will not work out at the combine this week in Indianapolis.
This could potentially harm his draft stock, as many teams were waiting to see his official 40 time in Indy - anywhere below sub 4.5 would've ensured his selection in the top half of the first round. Instead, they'll have to wait a while longer - Allen will not run at Cal's Pro Day [3/14] either.
Get well soon, Keenan!
