For the second time in the past month, the Bears have lost a player from the 2014 recruiting class. The latest casualty? Four-star defensive back Jaleel Wadood.
I have just decommitted from California Berkeley, I wanna thank coach dykes and the rest of there coaching staff for the opportunity.

It's tough to have any resentment or ill feelings. He was gracious in his decommitment and did it well ahead of signing day. I don't blame him for not wanting to join a 1-10 team with one of the worst defenses in the conference.
He has offers from every other Pac-12 school except Stanford, so we will (for better or for worse) probably see him again in the near future. Best of luck, Jaleel!
