Jared Goff named Cal's starting QB against Washington State

Jared Goff has held off Zach Kline's push to be the starting quarterback. McLovin will lead the Bear Raid against the Air Raid on Saturday.

The coaching staff announced this evening that Jared Goff will retain his job as the starting quarterback this weekend.
